Full stack web developer
I am Andrea, a full stack developer, consultant and open source maintainer based in Liguria.
My first steps with a computer were in MS-DOS, with my dad showing me the ropes. That curiosity grew into a career: today I build web applications, integrate systems and develop open source tools. I work independently and with the team at DueClic, the web agency I co-founded in 2016. I enjoy understanding how things work and finding simpler ways to solve problems. I keep learning by building, experimenting and sharing code. Away from the keyboard, I enjoy travelling, music, films and good food.

From interfaces to integrations, I work across the web application stack.
I build web interfaces with React, Next.js and Angular, with attention to usability and performance. I also work on existing applications, including jQuery and WordPress projects.
I develop APIs, application logic and system integrations with PHP, Python and Node.js. I work with relational databases and maintain existing applications.
I build and maintain websites, online stores and custom integrations. I work with WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento for businesses of different sizes.
I use build tools and scripts to make development easier to manage and automate repetitive tasks, in both new and existing projects.
My work at DueClic, with clients and on open source projects.
Co-founder and developer at DueClic
I co-founded DueClic in Varazze in 2016 with a friend. We bring together professionals with different skills to build websites, online stores and integrations for businesses.
Freelance developer and consultant
I work directly with small and medium-sized businesses on technical decisions, software development and maintenance. My work includes ecommerce platforms, information systems and the integrations that connect them.
Developer and maintainer
Many of my projects start with a tool I need myself. I publish the code so others can use it, learn from it and contribute. I also contribute to other open source projects when I can.
